Search

Performance Based Executive Search

Having evaluated the shortcomings of traditional retained search firms, namely, you paying for an expensive search with no guarantee of success, Health Career Professionals, LLC has customized our retained search process specifically around our client’s needs.  We did so by creating Performance Based Executive Search.  Our solution is simple and straightforward.  We provide our clients with a structured fee plan.  One third of the fee is due upon initiation of the search, with the second fee due only after you have interviewed candidates that you have selected from the candidates we have profiled to you.  The final third is due ten days after the candidate accepts the offer of employment.  The final two payments are performance based.  We give individual attention and top priority to each search until the search is successful.

 

Selection

Putting a structured hiring process in place, using it methodically, holding people accountable to the system, and aligning the core values of the company and the job seeker, is the most effective method to hiring the right person the first time.
