Our ProfitMax search process is designed to attract, select and hire top performers for your organization. It is a simple and straightforward solution to attract, select, and hire top talent. The fee is easy to budget and divided into three investments. One third is due upon initiation of the process, the second investment is made after you have interviewed candidates that you have selected, and the final investment is made ten days after the candidate accepts the offer of employment. The final two investments are performance based. Clients who use the ProfitMax process also receive a six month guarantee.

Profiling Stage

- Profile the position and Benchmark top performers
- Establish a search time-line in accordance with the client’s business priorities
- Develop and present an initial target list of companies to recruit from and people to approach
- Develop and present a candidate questionnaire tailored to the search assignment
Attraction Stage
- Recruit and interview candidates in accordance with our Candidate Standard of Ethics
- while searching, develop a picture of the current compensation for the target position within the industry
- Present written profiles of viable candidates
- Schedule candidate/client interviews
Selection Stage
- Train your interview team to use the guidelines created in the Profiling Stage
- Complete preliminary reference checks
- Assessment testing
- Facilitate on-site interviews and candidate analysis
- Provide candidate feedback
Transition Stage
- Facilitate and negotiate the offer with the candidate
- Prepare a written offer of employment detailing all agreed to terms between final candidate and your company
- Assist the new employee with the resignation process
- Prepare the new employee to address any potential counter-offer
- Facilitate on-boarding the new employee
- Follow-up regularly with the new employee during their first year and every six months thereafter
