She holds a B.A. from Purdue University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a minor in Personnel Management. Pam has been awarded the designation of Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) from The National Association of Personnel Consultants. In 2009, Pam earned the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and Certified Diversity Recruiter (CDR) designations. Pam is continually involved in expanding her knowledge in Human Resources and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Pam and her husband reside in Southeastern Indiana, just outside of Greater Cincinnati. Ohio. She thrives on spending time in the great outdoors enhancing her flower gardens and landscaping and entertaining by the pool. She enjoys cooking and is also an amateur photographer. Pam’s favorite hobby is spending time with her two English Springer Spaniels and truly enjoys their work as therapy dogs, visiting patients in nursing homes and long term care facilities.
