Richard Yadon CPC, CERS

As President and CEO of Health Career Professionals, LLC, Richard guides not only the day to day operations of our firm, but also drives our strategic vision. He founded Health Career Professionals in 2006 after a career working in the insurance and health care industry as a sales executive. In doing so, he brings over 20 years of leadership and sales management experience from such companies as Sun Life, Prudential, Met Life, Willis Corroon, and AIM Healthcare Services. As a sales manager he has won various awards for sales team production. He is also a graduate of numerous sales and management courses and seminars. Richard’s diverse and extensive experience has made him a frequent speaker on topics such as employee motivation, leadership, recruiting best practices, and sales achievement.

Richard is also a veteran of the United States Navy. He has served a combined 17 years of Active and Reserve duty. During his time in the Navy he was stationed on Destroyers, Mine Sweepers, Fast-Attack Submarines, and with Special Warfare units. He was awarded distinguished medals for meritorious service, battle readiness, marksmanship, and the prestigious Navy Achievement Medal.

In his spare time he has managed to run two marathons, skydive, live in nine different states, travel to 37 different states, visit 10 countries, and referee high school football each Fall. Richard also serves as a Deacon and lay leader at his church.

He attended the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and has completed course work through the American College in Pennsylvania. He is currently studying Management and Ethics at Williamson Christian College.
